App Overview
An introduction to LiveWing — a professional live production switcher for macOS.
LiveWing is a professional live production switcher for macOS. It combines multi-source switching, a full audio mixer, instant replay, HTML5 graphics overlays, and multi-destination output in a single native app built for Apple Silicon.
What LiveWing does
At its core, LiveWing takes video and audio from multiple sources — cameras, network feeds, video files — and lets you cut between them live. The result goes out to however many destinations you need: a streaming platform over RTMP or SRT, a local recording, an NDI feed, or a fullscreen display.
Everything else — the mixer, the replay system, the graphics engine — is built around that switching core.
Getting around the docs

The built-in audio mixer: channel strips, EQ, dynamics, buses, and audio-follows-video.

ProRes-based instant replay: marking events, playing clips, and the distributed replay system.
Overlays
HTML5 graphics — lower thirds, scoreboards, stingers, and live data binding.
Presets

For remote control and automation
LiveWing exposes a full WebSocket API for hardware controllers (Stream Deck, X-Keys), companion apps, and rundown automation. See the API Reference for the complete command set.
